We use this data solely to provide dental services: confirming your appointment, contacting you by phone, WhatsApp or email, sending visit reminders, and clarifying appointment details when needed. We do not share your data with third parties except where required by UAE law.
Where and how long data is stored
Data is stored in Supabase's cloud infrastructure, hosted in EU data centers, with access limited to authorized clinic staff. Retention periods follow what is required to provide services and to maintain medical records under MOHAP requirements.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. To do so, contact the clinic using the details listed in the site footer — we will respond to your request within a reasonable time.
Cookies and analytics
At this time, the site does not set analytics cookies and does not display a cookie-consent banner. If the clinic enables analytics or marketing tools in the future, this policy will be updated in advance.
Security
We apply technical and organizational safeguards — access controls and encrypted data transfer (HTTPS) — to help prevent unauthorized access, loss, or alteration of your personal data.
